Shipping & Returns


Shipping charges will be added onto the order at time of shipping, we do not add shipping onto the order until the order is pulled, packed, and weighed.  This ensures that the charges are correct and at the lowest possible rate. 


Any damaged product and/or missing product from the shipment must be reported to us within 5 business days. If there is any visible damage to the packing upon receipt from the shipping company must be reported to the delivery driver, failure to do so will void any claim for replacement. 

Any product returned with out approval will not be credited. 
Any product returned may be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee.
